This is a single room preferably for a female. There will be only 3 people in the house including yourself.
This room only $135 per week (bills extra), shared common areas (bathroom & toilet , laundry , kitchen) with Sri Lankan couple in 2 bedroom Unit. Secure private room,Aircon in common areas, ceiling fan in bedrooms.
Close to city 10m .Norwood Area ( Maylands). 100m to Portrush Road, 550m to Magill Road. . Public transport at your door and two to three shopping centres within 5km distance (Marden, Walkerville Terrace, Norwood, Erindale shopping centres etc. Officeworks & Spotlight across the road.
Note this is only for female student or professional female worker.
No pets sorry.
Inspection time:
Weekdays 8 am to 2 pm
Weekends 5 pm to 7 pm
