## SLESA Awards – 2022
SLESA is ready to celebrate your success in colours !
For the very first time, SLESA is introducing an Award scheme to reward the well-deserving Sri Lankan engineers and students in our community during the Engineers Night. To recognise engineers in all stages of their careers, we will be seeking applications under the following four categories:
1. SLESA Honorary Engineer (SLESA-HE) (number of awardees will vary each year) – for retired engineers
2. SLESA Inspiring Engineer (SLESA-IE) – for middle career engineers & beyond
3. SLESA Emerging Engineer (SLESA -EE) – for early career engineers
4. SLESA Engineering Research and Innovation Project (SLESA-ERIP) – for engineering students & recent graduates
