# JOBS at mushrooms SA
## Message as received
> Good afternoon, We are currently seeking Mushroom pickers to work at our farm in Waterloo Corner South Australia and were wondering if we could share this opportunity with the Sri Lankan community. Do you have a job board, newsletter or something similar where we could possibly post the attached flyer? Alternatively, we have an employment application form that can also be attached with the following description: Mushrooms Pickers Needed Established in 1998, SA Mushrooms is a proudly family owned and operated mushroom grower based in Northern Adelaide Plains of South Australia. Of Italian immigrant background, SA Mushrooms proprietors and farmers, the Femia family have utilised the very same family and cultural values of hard work, honesty and pride in their work, to deliver the best possible and freshest mushroom products to market. Due to increase in demand for Mushrooms we are looking to increase our picking staff. Our Mushrooms grow in climate controlled growing rooms so we don’t have picking seasons like most other produce farms. This provides ongoing work for our staff as we operate 365 days per year. If you have intermediate English skills, are available to work on a 7 day a week rotating roster, don’t mind an occasional long shift and have your own transport, then this may be the job for you. Successful applicants will receive 5 weeks of intense training with our dedicated Mushroom Picking Trainers giving them every opportunity to be successful in this role. You must have full work rights in Australia without restrictions to your work hours. To apply please email your resume to [email protected] and we will send you an application form to complete or alternately they can complete the form attached and email it to [email protected]. Thank you for the opportunity and I welcome any contact if you wish to discuss this further. We have a large range of migrant and temporary visa holders currently working for us and I sincerely hope we can continue to help migrants and visitors with employment in these times. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Kindest regards, Jessica
