Property Inspector：DG Real Estate
Responsibilities:
1. Conducting routine inspections of residential investment properties
2. Preparing detailed reports with photos documenting the condition of the property
3.Identifying any maintenance issues and reporting them to the Property Manager
Liaising with tenants to arrange inspection times and answer any questions.
4.Assisting property managers with administrative tasks
5.Maintaining accurate records
Skills and experience:
Excellent attention to detail and strong observation skills
The ability to consistently identify and report maintenance issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be open minded to learning new programming and technology.
Punctuality and time management skills a must
Requirements:
Property Management accreditation and/or Property Management license
A valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
