My housemate and I are looking for a 2-3bedroom house/apartment. We are ideally looking for the west or south side of the city but open for other options too. Messaging on group looking for anyone looking to break their lease so we’d be happy to take over.
We are both working full-time as Engineers in the City. Have the following:
1. 1 year rental history with utility bills in our name
2. Have pay slips and supper annuation fund details, as proof.
3. Clear Tenant ledgers showing timely payment of rent.
The reason that we have to move out from our current place, is because the owner wants to move back in.
We are happy to contribute to the lease break fee (percentage to be discussed).
