Finally I thought to share my experience if others can gain any value from this.
Few months ago I was looking for a reliable LANDSCAPING contractor to undertake the landscaping works for my new property. I always wanted to find a contractor with Sri Lankan origin due to my background & ease of communication..
Then I found a contractor with Sri Lankan origin & he pretended he’s well professional & experienced..however finally I ended up with very bad experience with zero intergrity.. Luckly I stoped the work initial stage without going further..
My advice is if you are looking for any kind of good tradies always,
# Look his/her previous completed projects
# Get at least 3 different quotes for similar scope & compare
# Check the web site & reviews… No good reviews or Zero reviews don’t go
# Sign a contract a/c fixed price, completion date etc. prior commencing any work
