You are cordially invited to attend the special general meeting of the Adelaide Sri Lanka Buddhist Vihara Inc. (ASBV) at the Vihara Cultural Hub to update the membership on the Monk Residence development project. The meeting is being held under Article 16 of our constitution.
The meeting will be held on Sunday 27th March 2022, from 3.00 pm. The agenda for the special general meeting:
1. Observance of the five precepts and Anushashanawa by Ven Sumedha Thero
2. Presentation on the New Monk residence development project
3. Q&A
4. SGM adjournment
Kindly register your participation on the google form shared today on or before Friday the 26th March 2022. We look forward to your participation on 27th March 2022 SGM and members Who are unable to attend the meeting kindly requested to complete and return the attached proxy form to the secratry by 26th March 2002.
