Vaccination for people aged 16 and over
From next Monday 16 August, all South Australians aged 16 and over can book a COVID-19 vaccination appointment at a dedicated SA Health vaccination clinic.
The Pfizer vaccine will be available for everyone 16 to 59 years of age. The AstraZeneca vaccine is available to people 18 to 59 years of age with informed consent. People aged 60 years and over will be given the AstraZeneca vaccine, unless they meet the specific exceptions.
Bookings are essential at all SA Health vaccination clinics. More information on the booking process for 16 to 39 year olds will be available in the coming days.
