Uniting Care Christmas Appeal
Christmas can be a difficult time for many people in our community. With the effects of the pandemic continuing to be felt, we think of those who are confronted with hardship for the first time and are bracing themselves for a very different Christmas this year. For people and families facing financial stress, many will struggle to access daily necessities, such as food, essential items, and even a safe place to live.
We are looking donate valuable items.Things that would be suitable are:
Non-perishable foods like pasta, rice, sauces,
cereals
* Vegetables – Potatoes, onions, Pumpkins,
* Spices and condiments
* Personal care – toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, deodorants, shampoo and conditioner, shaving etc.
* Nappies, baby food, wipes.
* Entertainment vouchers eg. movie tickets
* Children toys(Aged 8 to 12)
We are willing to come pick up any donations or you are welcome to drop things off at at 37 Diranta Drive, Ingle Farm (Monday to Friday )before 11am or after 6 pm. feel free to contact Jay on 0401 318 297.
All donations will be handed over this Saturday.
